Create a LinkedIn Groups Plugin for Wordpress

We are looking for a Wordpress plugin developer to create a plugin that allows LinkedIn Groups information to be made available on a Wordpress website. The plugin should do the following: -- display information about 1 chosen group such as number of members, description, and other info -- ability to take up a whole page of the website using a shortcode or page template -- option for people to join the group via the Wordpress site -- list of group discussions and posts with the option for users to interact with the discussions via the plugin -- (maybe) a widget that can go in sidebars with basic group info -- must be user friendly and able to be installed operated by non-tech third parties with Wordpress sites If some of these are too difficult I am open to other suggestions on types of functionality if you have any ideas. I will require full rights to the software and will need you to sign legal documents from the outset regarding non disclosure and non competition etc. I am looking to get this done at as reasonable price as possible so cost is a big factor.
