Custom development to integrate Paypal into a Wordpres site

Hi freelancers, I have a Wordpress site running WP 3.5 and Woocommerce 2.0 beta. Although Woocommerce has Paypal integrated, Paypal does not support Viet Nam currency (VND). However, I am very keen on providing Paypal checkout for my customers. Project details: - Custom dev to convert VND to USD/AUD prior to checking out using Paypal so that customers can be redirected to Paypal and pay using USD/AUD. - Checkout/payment procedures are then similar to the site which has USD/AUD as currency. Please only bid if you have a clear idea of what needs to be done and familiar/experienced with WP, Woocommerce and Paypal of course. I am happy to discuss the details but you MUST have some kinds of implementation ideas for this. Payment will be ONLY made when I can see that the functionality is working. I will be the one who verify the work. I will NOT make payment if you leave the work undone. Moreover, there will be no TESTING on the live site so you must have a TEST site setup somewhere. Alternatively, I can set a site up for you. You MUST document the design and implementation in details as this is vital for maintenance so no "hack-to-work", poorly written, "weird" code or anything which can potentially affect the site when it goes live.
