Need to debug and fix coupon functionality on my site: [url removed, login to view]

Details:

The coupons have been set up correctly in the admin area however when the user tries to enter the coupon at checkout (from the front end), an error is displayed saying 'not a valid coupon'.

This indicates that there is a fault in the e-commerce system that we need to find and fix.

We are currently running wordpress with a custom e-commerce theme. More details will be provided once applicant is approved.
