Design WP Plugin and Theme or Installable PHP Website Script

Design a WP plugin or theme or both OR an Installable PHP Script that can be installed on any doman or subdomain with the features below: Features: 1. No Header. No Footer. It must be plain and simple and I must be able to change background colour and few settings. 2. It must display the number of people who liked it on the home page. 3. There must be a Product Configuration Interface where I can add Header Image, Product Image, Product Description (in bullets form) and Landing Page for each of the products I want to include. 4. There will be option to disable or enable the use of: i) Header Image ii) Product Image iii) Product Description 5. Each of the products I add will rotate on the screen at set interval before another product is displayed. I must be able to indicate in the settings how many seconds I want each product to be displayed before rotating to another product. See for example the Tablet images on [login to view URL] 6. All contents of the webpage must be visible at a glance without the need to scroll up and down. 7. After setting, the products on the home page will look like the attached image. 8. It will have the following pages with editable content fields: i) Home Page: This is the page where the Rotating Products will be displayed one after the other. ii) About Us: Where we talk briefly about us as usual for all website. The link will be customizable. That is, if the domain used is [login to view URL], the link will be ABOUT XYZ. iii) Contact Us: There will be a web form here that visitors will fill to contact the website owner and after submission, the forms input will be delivered to the set email address of the website owner. The link will be customizable. That is, if the domain used is [login to view URL], the link will be CONTACT XYZ. iv) Privacy policy: Where I can put privacy policy of the website. v) Terms of Service: Where I can put the acceptable use policy of the website. 9. Each product will have customizable Call-to-Action button will be hyperlinked to the indicated landing page for individual product. 10. When visitor clicks on any of the displayed offers, it opens the landing page in a new tab and switches the visitor to the new tab.
