Little update to wordpress plugin

You can also add a ticket as FAQ to the FAQ pipe. Theses FAQ will work too as canned messages, a messes can be inserted to any reply as a fast-input method. 2- add rating system to each reply comes via [login to view URL] and show statistics to each admin ******Instructions******** Your code should be genuine and well commented I use Ajax, jQquery & Boostrap in all my code functionality you must follow PSR standards ******VIP******* 1- Only serious and professional Wordpress developers apply.
