A jQuery slider with animation and a carousel

I have a slider that is being illustrated in the attached PDF. Here are the things I need:
1. responsive
2. jQuery fading of each element
3. Carousel look (be able to see a few pixels to the right and left of the main image.
I was using FLexslider but couldn't get the fading to work. I went to WP LayerSlider but it won't show everything in a carousel the way we want with the attached PDF. Client has changed their mind to using 3 slides now. The text is as follows:
Slide 1: Treating people fairly, makes a difference, MCS makes sense
Slide 2: Long-term relationships, make better ones, MCS makes sense
Slide 3: True problem solvers, make better business partners, MCS makes sense
I can help set up the main slider, but the animations I need assistance with. I preferably want someone who can work inside of Flexslider, so I can modify the CSS and they can create the functions to fire off once each slide transitions.
You must follow these rules:
