I posted this project a few weeks ago and after I choose one guy as my service provider, he did nothing and do not response my questions even I send many messages to him. SO, ONLY SERIOUS people bid this project. check this link : [login to view URL] my requirement is similar to Example 1,2,3,4,5 showed above link. (1) I already have a good player, you just add a few layers to the player to implement above features. (2) or if you already have a good player and you prefer implementing thise features with your players, it's fine. Advertising should be pass through xml and using a parameter to control to show which advertising layer. Player should track click, impression on advertising.

Hi There... I have close to 9 yrs of experience in Flash development, pretty recently I have done similar kind of project. The link you mentioned shows "invalid video stream", so pls give a bit more detail however I dont think it should take more than 3 to 4 days max. If required I can provide you with the link of the similar player I developed.
