Automated Greeting card web site

I need a web site created where a user would log in, create list of contacts as well as a list of events for these contacts and link the two. There would be a shopping cart where you would pick out a greeting card, custom message, and possible gift card for each contact/event. They would then be billed each year going forward for a delivery of that card. Requirements for phase 1 (Launch) 1. Shopping card for greeting cards 2. Re-occuring billing/subscription 3. Ability to create Contacts and event tracking and link the 2 4. Ability to add custom text to a greeting card 5. Ability to add giftcards to shopping carts/greeting cards Requirements for phase 2/3 1. Photo uploads 2. Custom configuration /design of greeting cards to clients 3. Flat file uploads 4. Integration with Outlook 5. Integration with facebook
