I need a script that will find blogs that do not use the nofollow tag on comment links. I'm not sure of the best way to do this and need proposals. Please submit a detailed proposal with your bid. If you believe that this can be done better with a technology other than PHP, please tell me so. Suggestions: Use the Google/Yahoo API to search for blogs using a specific string. i.e. search for "powered by Wordpress" or whatever. Make a web crawler to find the blogs itself. I have a dedicated server that this script could run on with about 1TB of bandwidth available per month. Make the script customized for each blog platform. i.e. if the script deals with each blog script individually, it could more accurately handle them. Make the script able to find blogs based on category and/or keyword. Make the script index the blogs via RSS feed, so that blog posts may be found by keyword search. Note: The script will not be posting to these blogs. We will not be spamming these blogs. We will be making personal, relevant comments on a limited number of blogs each month. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
