Code out a simple html design from a psd file

Only bid if you have a rating higher than 9 and more than 10 feedback. I have a *very simple* design that needs to be coded out by hand. I can provide the psd, and further instructions. There is not much that needs to be done. There also needs to be a rotating banner, but that is it! I can do this myself, but want it knocked out by someone else, and I have lots of other work needed to be done - so if this goes well, you will be hired for other projects as well.
