Convert Current CMS to Joomla

Please bid to change our current website to Joomla. Basically Template work. Must be identical to current website using different CMS. We will handle the content and menus, etc. The only difference is in the gallery. This will be flash based. I want to be able to upload images in the back office and then an xml file produced so the swf can get the images. Basically we want the site converted to joomla! The site URL is in attached file.
