Convert Flat Designs into Functioning Flash, HTML, and PHP Website

This site will be Flash, HTML, and PHP (PHP only for the “email this?? functionality in Case Studies). The Home Page will be all Flash, except for the footer, and the sub pages will use a Flash movie for the Header and tabs (if the section has tabs) that will dynamically load the section's image and tabs (if it has tabs). There is a ZIP file that has all the site’s content as well as Photoshop files of all the flat designs that will be given to the chosen coder. Also included in the ZIP file is a Word Document with more details. We do not have a lot of the text that will be on the site, so you can use placeholder text and we will update the text later. This website needs to look EXACTLY the same as it does in the flat designs. I don't care if you use a tables for layout. However you want to do it, as long as it looks exactly the same! You also need to be very good at Flash. I hope to have a lasting relationship with you if you do a good job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All Browsers, PHP needs to run in Apache/Linux.
