Convert my photoshop design into CSS website

I have a simple design that I have created in photoshop that I need converted into an XHTML 1.0 compliant CSS webpage. Please see attachment for screenshot. Thanks ## Deliverables Specific requirements: 1. All coding needs to be clean XHTML 1.0 2. The only part of the page that can be a graphic is the header logo and the words "250 million years in the making." Everything else needs to be text and css. 3. The photoshop layout is exactly how the site must appear. All layers are intact and can be pulled from as needed. I have worked with coders before who produce a finished produce that is about 90% done and then hope that I don't notice. Please don't bid if that is you.
