Create a AIML application

I need a AI web service that will have a similar interface to this rough example: [login to view URL] Basically we want a AI assistant. This web service will be used in the paint industry so that the AI assistant will help the user choose paint colors and answer various questions that the user may have. ## Deliverables I believe that AIXML should be used for this however you can recommend whatever you want.
