Create a Flash Clock

I need someone that can create a metric clock in flash - analog and digital in one flash file with the French Revolutionary Metric Time. You can see many examples on the Internet, however I will provide links to what I want in flash. I just need it in flash, no need for php or xml, but if you need it in order to make it work, no problem whatsoever. Budget: $30 This is urgent. I need someone that is very capable in flash/actionscript to program this, if so, he/she will get more jobs just as difficult and more or less. Note: I will need to see prove that you can do this, for example, programming that you have made/published in flash/actionscript, to determine if you are gifted enough for this and other future jobs.
