Create jazz/swing band website

A website is required to be created for a Jazz/Swing band. It will need to look very slick and classy but easy to use. It will have a fair amount of multimedia content, eg photo viewers, video playback etc so perhaps Flash is the best? I will leave that up to you.
The website content (eg photos, file locations, text etc) will need to be highly configurable via xml files of which I have made samples.?
It will consist of around 10 pages.
I have created skeleton templates of all of the pages as jpgs and will include the xml files with sample content files (photo, audio files etc).
## Deliverables
The website design images that have been attached show the main skeleton of the website, however I would like to see some layout examples or similar works before moving forward with the final bidder. The images attached are only a rough guide showing the content that will be required for each page.
Once the final bidder has won the project, I would like to agree on a layout design first prior to implementing the back end xml integration.
