Create web pages based on an existing template

We need a new web page made to fit the basic template below. [login to view URL] The new page is to be copied from the page below; [login to view URL] The new page should use the links from the top page. There will be a header to be added (that I will provide later) Once I am happy with the page you make, I will provide 30 newsletters of 600 words each, in word format. These 30 newsletters are to be copied into the new page template you have created. So the end result of the project will be 1 new page designed and 30 newsletters created using the new page template. ## Deliverables In addition to the above... The php template will need to have a few empty function calls to a separate php file containing a function so that later additional functionality will be added. All you will need to do to achieve this is to create one additional php file called [login to view URL] with functions in it called as_top(), ad_middle() and ad_bottom() Calls to these functions will be at the top of the php template (just after start of body), in the middle of the php file, and at the end. The functions will be empty e.g. they are just placeholders for future functionality.
