Customized Wordpress Theme(repost)

I'm looking for a nice theme for my Wordpress blog. I want it to be a fixed design, using a resolution of 1024x768 as the base. The site design is for a Google News website, so it will have to be focused around Google type ideas (Design wise) but not use any Google copyrighted material in the design itself. I'm looking for a FULL design which includes good linking blockquotes, lists, sidebars I need it to be easy to add new things to it good integration of Google AdSense into the blog a good separation of pingbacks/trackbacks/comments (using plugins is okay) nicely designed header for the site doesn't HAVE to be widgetified, but that would be nice. should be a lighter background site with darker front colors.
