convert PSD into XTHML and CSS compliant code

I need the attached file converting into CSS and XHTML compliant code. I will supply the PSD once the project is accepted. The "need help" can be left as an image. If the menu can be CSS then great, otherwise an image is fine. This is a small project for now but I am looking to form a relationship with a good coder who can work quickly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
