ebay checkout for OSCOMMERCE

Abstract:
We have thousands to auction items at ebay. We want to direct winner to go to our oscommerce website and enter their ebay e-mail address and item number and have Oscommerce look-up the item and import it into the Oscommerce cart and then allow winner to pay for that item direct or after adding items to the cart.
Please respond if you have done this already and can complete the project in short order. Experience with ebay's api is REQUIRED.

Also, we DO NOT simply need an install of the OSC contribution as it DOES NOT do what we need. The web-form that the winner arrives at will have to do a look-up grab the last two characters of the ebay item title (which is the item number) and then it will add that item to the OCS cart it will also have grabbed the price and shipping information to slam into the cart as well.
