CRM Web Application based on existing software

I need a CRM Web Application similar to this one [login to view URL] for a graphic design company, and you must add a function that allows the sales man to upload the work description and all the details and then the graphic designers can check those details from his own account and start designing, after he finishes the design he must be able to upload all the files trough the same app. It would be nice if you can add a way to log in from blackberry/iphone too. You just need to do coding and I will provide design. I prefer someone who know spanish language so we can communicate in an easier way.
