Create Mobile version of the site CAC2010.com

We need a developer to create a mobile version of the site CAC2010.com. We prefer developers from Bulgaria and Argentina. For the first version we need to create a simple version where users can: 1) see what the site's about 2) see the agenda 3) view video and photos from previous events 4) see schedule for events (dates etc._ 5) see exhibitors and sponsors page 6) see about us page 7) see all text pages we have on a site Please provide estimation in your bid together with work experience (work examples and a list of your skills). PS: We have 2-3 similar projects so we may have several winners for the project.
