Customization to Quotes and Invoice for vTiger

We have a customized vTiger 5.4.0 that was tailored for my business. I need a new type of functionality which vTiger does not have in it's current form. Since we are a remodeling company, we need the ability to Quote multiple rooms in one Quote and then be able to convert the Quote to Invoice. We need the quote and invoice to have a very precise format in the way it separates all rooms with their respective products and services. For instance: Guest Bath 1: Shower Toilet Vanity Granite Plumbing Tile Glass Guest Bath 2: Shower Toilet Vanity Granite Plumbing Tile Glass Master Bath: Shower Toilet Vanity Granite Plumbing Tile Glass Kitchen: Cabinets Granite Plumbing Drywall We need a way to insert products and services under each room and/or type of project we are quoting the customer. Ideally, I would like to be able to have a single page to enter each Rooms Products and Services, then have the ability to press a button like "Quote" and it takes all the rooms we created and creates a Quote in the proper format. Same for Invoice. Since every customer has unique project specifications, we will need to be able to name the Room/Type of work (Heading). Also, the current input for Quotes and Invoices will have to be simplified. The current way to insert Products and Services in vTiger makes for a very long form which requires a lot of scrolling. This page will have to be made simpler for us to input products and services. Please post only if you feel 100% confident you can create this functionality as we are a busy office and need this done quickly and with no issues once live.
