API - from ZOHO to custom page. Login and show different information to my vendors

Please read carefully before making a bid. I got ZOHO as my CRM system. This is where i handle all my courses and customer. I got several "teachers" working for me. All this "teachers" get different courses and classes, and ZOHO is taking good care of this. But, only i can see the information, and i need all the "teachers" to get relevant information about theyr work. I need them to be able to log in to a custom page on my server, where they get information about : Visible for all - custom text for everyone. Links and useful info for all "teachers" Visible for the logged in user - Some sort of calendar or table of ALL the events, from today and for ever.. - List of ALL classes, active and future. - When they click on a class, they will get a page with all relavant information on the students. This are fields in ZOHO. Courses in ZOHO is product category Classes in ZOHO is products Students in ZOHO is contacts I already have a system for this, but its not good enough. If you want to continue with this or start from scratch is up to you. As a bidder, i expect you to have good knowledge about this, work hard and work with me. You must be availeble on skype, and ask if there anything you are not sure about. I dont need someone who think they know best, and do fancy solutions without checking with me. I hope you got ideas about this, but we should discuss and find best solutions. Thanks for reading.
