Audio - Video Search Script (PHP)

Hi all! I would like to get a quote about the website I think of. It is a combination of mp3 and audio files search script and video search script over the internet. FEATURE 1: I would like to have a website which has a mp3-audio files searching feature in it and visitors will be able to listen the mp3s that they found and also visitors will be able to add those mp3 files into their playlists so they can create their own playlists. Also the visitors will be able to rate and write comments about the mp3s. The website should have a login and registration system. It is called video search feature and it searchs video files from other video sharing websites such as Youtube, Metacafe, Daily Motion, Vimeo, and so on. And Also from adult sites too. This feature must have Safe Search Censor. I would like to stream those video files from other websites in my website and their logos shouldn't be visible on my flash video player. The visitors will be able to watch the videos that they found and also they will be able to add those videos into their playlists so they can create their own playlists. Also the visitors will be able to rate and write comments about the videos.
