A2Billing - DialPlan - IVR to Add/Remove callerid on CallingCard

Hi,
I have the A2Billing based calling card platform. Need a hand to create the dial plan (AGIScript) to allow the customers add / remove their caller id after the successful authentication of pin number.
Call flow.
Customer dial Access number.
Prompt: Please enter the pin number. (this is already available).
Customer enter pin number:
Prompt: You have 1 pound balance (available).
Prompt: Please enter the destination number(Available )
Customer press key (*6). (New option).
Prompt: Caller id saved, please enter the destination number (new prompt)
...
Customer press key (*7) (new option)
Prompt: caller id removed, please enter the destination number (New prompt).
If the above call flow is difficult then Happy to allow the customer to dial a number (e.g. 1) to get IVR menu .
Prompt *1 to Save pin
Prompt *2 to Remove pin
Prompt *3 to add speed dial
etc....
