Blog website modification and analysis

Hello, looking for someone who can analyze [login to view URL] codes etc... and tell me how to approach some modification and how will it be done, and how much will it cost for development and implementation. Note: other modifications will be done after these ones are implemented. ========================================= 1) rss for main page like the one in word press to be shown in the browser, log on [login to view URL] through firefox, safari or opera and you will see beside the url RSS icon 2) rss for inner blogs to be shown in browser too same as above but for clients blog pages 3) tag cloud like the new tag cloud in web 2.0 to be shown in main page and blogs, maybe instead of categories on the left side or something, you suggest 4) take off all tables in the script so that when i build templates it will take its format and css styles, like for example i can change the looks for calendars to match the theme etc.. so it will be basically something like users can install word press templates on my system in a way and when i create templates it would be easy to create or i will only have to modify CSS file 5) need to build a code for the search bar in the inner blogs so that i can change its looks in the blogs theme for each theme to have different looks etc... "top bar that have search and get your blog" 6) need to add invite friends like this script [login to view URL] 7) add auto suggest ajax for the search bar in the main page like this one that get the blogs title from database [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 8) add a rating system in the theme for blogs rating like this [login to view URL] ========================================= i think that's all for now ;-) hope i can get help from out there with Quote, ways to approach etc. pm me for more info cause obviously you will need to see the codes or something later on Thanks in advance
