Country, State, City Drop down list populated by database

I am basically looking for a country, state/province, and city/area drop down lists to modify an existing search function on my website. The values will be populated from a database which in turn, is populated from user input when they add a listing. I want the drop down lists to be dependent on each other - for instance, I do not want to be able to select a state/province if I have not selected a country yet. So when you select a country, the state dropdown list becomes unshadowed, and once you select a state, then the city/area becomes unshadowed.
Also, if the user selects United States, then they can have the option to search by zip code as well.
I have this basically set up already with my current script, but I would like these search functions added to all pertinent areas on my site: [url removed, login to view] (new area) [url removed, login to view] (old area, basic first page of script - do not want to use this page, but I am giving url for you to see script)
I like my search results page, so that does not need to change. Basically, I just need this search function modified.

I would like to have a small script that is located on the main page with the following:
Total number of square feet listed on my page: XXX sq. ft
Number of countries: xx
So, the number of sq. feet listed number would go up in small increments up to defined value (so if someone lists a 20000 sq foot house, then it will eventually add 20,000 to the total number in small increments). This is kind of like how gmail has there space storage script... 2118.2 mb --> 2118.4 (and growing)
Is this even possible?

I forgot to mention that the search script must also include a price range (any amount, over 1 million dollars, 2-3 million, etc.) when searching
