Custom Membership Site Needed.

Hi, I need a custom membership site created. Basically the site will need to pull recent job listings from the following websites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Yahoo Hot Jobs and flipdog.com. Site will need to send an email notification to the users when there is a new job listing in their area. The site will need the following components. 1. Registration with our billing/shopping cart gateway integrated 2. User panel with options and new job listings according to users location preference. 3. If possible provide a contact email next to job listing so users can contact the job. 4. A resume builder form so users can create a job resume on the site. More details will be discussed with winning bidder. If a quality job is done the coder will be able to continue working on the website and making improvements long term.
