Hi, We are a marketing company based in Singapore. At the moment we have a potential client who is interested at web design that is able to have CMS. SO We are looking for a wordpress developer/expert. The design for the website has already been layout. So we need a developer using thesis or headway or any other WP DIY theme to match very closely to our design. A forum needs be added...but Im not sure where now. Please do not use any premium theme to build from or modification from any free theme. It has to be build from a DIY theme. Payments will be made in 4 stages.
