Fix script not working with new version of PHP

I have a script that work on

PHP Version 4.2.3

but fails on:

PHP Version 4.3.4

You can see th working script at htmlwizard.com.

It's not working at iPartyPros.com.

If you go to http://www.ipartypros.com/ and click anything to see it fail. It does not go anywhere.

I think it has something to do with globals in the init or something like that.
