convert modules from joomla / mambo to exponent cms

I am looking to have modules converted from mambo / joomla cms to exponent cms below are the modules listed 1 per line. nBill - aka Netshine Billing 1.1.1 (SP5) MamboCommunity also (upgrading the current banner system to support payperclick) moreso than simply converting, I would be interested in merging the modules above into a new module with admin ability to set a timeperiod for a trial, allow to adjust rate of /click, set a yearly charge for the (profile page).
