directory page / recipricol linking page

i have a site [login to view URL] i want a section for directory like yellowpages i know there are precoded ones out there ( [login to view URL]) - i want users to add simple free taekwondo school listings.. and featured users pay 50 dollars a year to get more options to their listing. if possible i want it to link to the same database one section i want in my site for reciprocal linking.. will pay more if needed or tip based on speed
