Add new features to a auction software / PERL and Template Design

[login to view URL] For further information you may contact us at We need following modifications and features to be added in this programm: 1.) Improve the existing invoicing system so that the invoices fulfil the requirements from any financial department. This means with full name and address from the beneficiary showing only list of invoiced items as well as the VAT if applies or the VAT IDE Nr. The VAT has to be separately shown in the administration accounting manager, and the Invoices have to be sorted individually to each account. It is necessary to have a complete control and overview from the financial status from each account also making possible to send periodically reminder payment notices. All this should include advertiser’s accounts. All regular requirements from a comfortable and efficient accounting administration management must be fulfilled. Common administration statistics should be implemented. 2) Implement an “Add to favourite Searches” function similar to the one in eBay with a daily mail notification to the member with the matching items. 3)Refine Search function searching by user, item description language, and location 4)Implement a “Cross Promotion Partnership” function similar to the one existing in eBay 5)Define in the individual Account Money Manager a category where to save and administrate the received Invoices. 6)Change the existing internationalisation procedure, from file based to a database driven one, including the necessary modifications on the language manager console. 7)Revise the Smart-Search-Functions, so that all possible search criteria could be combined in a single query. 8)When checking all items from a seller it should appears at the left side the corresponding categories break through. (eBay like) 9)A new Merchant account set up for a German provider must be implemented. 10)Implement an “Action” (Next step) function similar to the one in eBay on the Items I've Won. 11)Implement an “Add Note” and “Action” function similar to the one in eBay on the “Items I am watching”. Adding shipping Cost and Seller ID. Column to the existing form. 12)Implement a “see my auctions at PPP” banner, which can be added into the web site from any particular seller with a link to the item overview list from this user. and the possibility for the user to generate the HTML-code online or send it via e-mail to himself. 13)Implement a filter to the HTML allowed text fields so that no e-mails and URLs can be included and wrong HTML syntax can’t distortion the appearance of the rest of the page. 14)Add SMTP authentication to the mailing system. Following Job could be offered separately- We also need Graphic designer to create & install graphic template on MEWSOFT Auction & Classified Scripts. The Script will be installed by Mewsoft themselves and what we need is to: Get a ready made design template and implement it on to MEWSOFT Script. Configure the design so every page on the site is themed accordingly in the same way. We will also consider a custom made template or if you have a template designed by your self.
