Design Skin Needed for Ecommerce Sites (Ongoing Project)

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to add design skins to our ecommerce sites for clients. A typical project usually takes less than 1 hr to do. This entails building a header image and background image (jpeg or png) in Photoshop, and then inputting colors in our CMS swatch tool to match our clients' brands.
This will be on-going work as we need design skins added for multiple sites per month. If you're a designer looking for short, easy, and continuous work, then this job is for you.
We are looking to form a long relationship with a designer, so please bid if you're reliable and looking for this continuous short projects.
Each project should take less than 1 hr to do, so we're offering $10 maximum per project.
