Architectural rendering - 2D Photoshop

Our house is located in a historic district. But we don't like the colouring of our house - specifically the facade and the windows -- so we are looking to change it. The project is to start with a JPG picture of our house, and show what it would look like with various color changes to the windows and to the facade. There is also a small solarium to the left side of the house and we would like to explore certain coloured panels added to the solarium as well. Initially we would supply you with three prospective colour schemes, and we would like you to render how these changes will look. We might then do another round, once we have seen these changes, with another three colours. That's why I would rather this be an hourly project. Being able to talk via SKYPE would be an asset. I would like to get this project done in the next few weeks. Attached is a picture of the house -- we will supply a better one -- one without the trees blocking the house -- for the project. While this is a small project, we are working with an architect -- who does not have photoshop or rendering skills - so this project might lead to some additional business.
