Book cover - Front and back - Spear - Book One - A Spear in Flight

I need to have someone create the cover art (front and back) for my latest book. You will need to draw this cover and it must not look like a cartoon. You will need to supply a copy of the artwork in several sizes. 1 - 6 X 9 (12.24 X 22.86) 2 - 5 X 8 (12.7 X 20.32) All must have a high resolution, minimal 2400 pixels wide and pass the LuLu image minimum resolution check for printing (it has the highest standards check). Each copy will include the actual cover art with no wording on it and cover art with wording. How do you get the job? Supply a link to your past work so I can decide if I like the style. I am looking for a certain style for this book which is similar to my last two. (you can see the last two covers on my website [login to view URL] under Rowlinson Inc) I have the design already figured out. Front page will have in the background a man in a cloak holding out a newborn child as if presenting it after it's birth. In the foreground will be three children, two boys and one girl. The boy in the centre will be holding out the shaft of a spear in his two hands. The children will have their heads bent forward slightly with their eyes open and looking forward as if looking at the person looking at the cover. The back will be a perspective as if looking over the shoulder of a giant and the three children will have spears in hand as if fending off the giant. The children will be dressed in a medival type leather pants and sandles with a jerken type shirt. The children will be approximately 8-10. I do not want someone to put together a fast project that does not look good, I want you to take your time and do it right. In order to be able to win the project you will need to place a bid.
