Cut out product photos in Photoshop

There are 39 product photos that need the background cut out. We would like to get the images back with a transparent background (png or tiff or Photoshop files with layers). No need to do any colour correction. No other alterations requied - just cutting out. All objects are on either a white or black background to make it easier.
