Create WMV from our PowerPoint File (Timing, Add Videos, Etc)

We require an individual to help create a add timings and create a WMV file from our PowerPoint 2010 presentation. We have fully mastered our PowerPoint 2010 presentation. It includes a full audio track, and two playable videos. We are looking for someone to add timings to the presentation, to precisely match when the various slides/data should show up (to match the narration). 57 slides, around 33 minutes of narration. We also require you to export the file as an 640x480 MP4 file, for us to use. (There may be one or two other formats, which we may request as required.) The PowerPoint presentation contains two video files (AVI files) which PowerPoint seems to have issues with when exporting as a WMV. (We can provide the original videos if this is a conversion issue: we don't know.) We are looking for a PowerPoint genius to begin work on this ASAP. We require delivery of the final files preferably within two days, and definitely by Monday. Please place your bid for this work.
