We are a building company with currently alot of work on and wish to outsource this to a building consultant whose able to provide a construction quote so that i can give to my architects.
You will need to detail everything for construction from bottom up including everything you see on the plans.
I have attached the plans for your review, please forward an example of what quoting you have done as reference so i know your capable to undertake this kind of work to fine detail as you can this isnt a simple home and requires alot of detail and finishes,
I wish to work with someone who i can trust and hire for more future jobs as this will be contact work so im picky on who i choose to work for.
