Integrate gateway with OpenERP

We have built a gateway that provides mobile merchants (taxi fleets) the ability to accept credit-card and need a way of storing this data in an accounting package (OpenErp), to keep track of sales. The project requires through knowledge of OpenERP, Python, Ubuntu, and PostGreSql, the database used by OpenERP. The first phase of the project is overall paper design on the integrated system and the installation and compilation of OpenErp on an Ubuntu server (at an ISP location). Once we have agreed on a design approach The project will have the following major components: Login facilities and an admin function to assign roles, enable/disable access, change password, respond to users that have forgotten their password, etc. A Gateway interface, that takes approved from transactions from credit card processor and writes to OpenErp database. A reporting interface, to allow our customers to login and view their transaction history, process voids and refunds. An eCommerce website, implementing by Intefacing with MagentERPconnect, on OpenERP module that synchronizes the process between the ERP system that handles sales, deliveries, shipping, packing, accounting, etc and the Magento Web platform. Magento is an open-source eCommerce and shopping cart program. You need to have an intimate knowledge of OpenERP, Javascript (preferably Google Closure), Python (the native language used by OpenERP, and Ubuntu. Some knowledge of eCommerce would be desirable but not required.
