Script that open multiple istances of a browser

Hello , there is a website that have a page with a queue. The website selects randomly the people that are in the queue, each entry must have different cookie, cache and ip so I need a program that can increase my chance to be selected. The program than must be able to run multiple tasks that join the queue using a list of proxies. The program should ask me , when i start it, how many tasks it will have to run. I need to run a lot of tasks probably around 300. I should be able to import proxies from clipboard or file in this format , ip:port and ip:port:user:pass. Each task must uses own cookie , cache and ip , so they must look like done from different devices and people. The script must monitor on each page a url and notify me then on that page appears a recaptcha, the first instance that have a recaptcha must be automatically opened so i can continue manually. Then the script should notify me in background when on other instances appears the recaptcha and ask . The program must have a basic GUI as is needed a part where i can see all the successful tasks , in this part of the program i must be able to choose which task i want to open. A really important thing is that the pages that are monitored don't have to be resfrshed. budget max 150€
