I need a 3D model done (low poly with simple colors/textures) for a traffic situation simulation.
What I mean by that is...
There will be a structure sent to you which shows a basic idea of 2 parallel roads with 2 or 3 intersections each. (point 1)
Each section of the road will have a different "situation" like 1 would be an accident, 1 would be a broken bridge, and 1 would be rainy/wet roads. (point 2)
Then it should have cars moving, and stopping when they reach this danger point. (point 3)
It should be a very basic outline type of project, with very low poly counts. (point 4)
It should convey the general idea of each object/image.
Keep in mind that it will have some kind of scenery, as in, a river, lake, trees, some buildings, and most importantly a few signal towers. (point 5)
Also, I personally use Unity 3D to code in some things, and maybe change/edit/move these models in a way I want. (point 6)
Therefore, please be sure to make it compatible to be imported using *.obj or *.3ds (i prefer *.obj)
And make sure to use "levels/layers" of each model/item. That way I can edit different parts as I need to later on.
THE DIFFICULT PART: (point 7)
This may be the most difficult part, so please pay attention to this:
I will do this part on my own, but I need you to understand what I will do, so that you can make your models compatible for what I'll do.
Some of the car models, I will make them send a "signal" like a "message" to other cars.
So I want to be able to move the camera, showing 1 accident or problem, and then move the camera again into the car to show the message displayed on the front window (windshield window).
Why am I telling you this? So you could make your models compatible for such things that I'll do to them :)
Please reply with any questions you have on any point. And set your price.
P.S: I need someone who is FLEXIBLE and capable of changing things during the work process, and not ask for "more" just for simple changes.
For example, if I want you to change something like the scale of an object, or lower the details of something, or change how you designed the tower... etc.

Hi icedberg, I see where're you getting at. My main 3D package is Maya, so it won't be a problem to deliver it in .obj, also if you like, I believe unity also accepts .fbx (format won't be a problem). I can also tell you that I specialized in modelling ALWAYS my projects in a low poly, somtimes quad, but you need it in traingles (not a problem again) and of course we can continue working on your project even not finished. So let's do the scenarios you need and give your customer a shock with a very cool kind of game.
