CAD needed for Residential Property

We just purchased a home that is partially built. We have decided on the layout and would like it to be drawn up in AutoCad or similar software so we can provide it to our builder. (I have drawn up the layout with measurements as attached by hand).
We would also like to get an idea of what it will look like finished so additionally we would like some 3D rendering to see if it is really the way we want.
