Hi, I've 6 years of experience in product design and 4 years of dedicated experience in designing electronic devices ( 10 inch tablet for Aptina sensors& samsung, Dome camera, surveillance camera, DVR, Street LED light, IP camera), POS device. I use SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drawings. I can export the PCB from IDF/LDF files then place all the components which is to be accessible from outside. Mechanical casings, enclosures and other parts are made and the electronic components are incorporated inside it. I have sound knowledge of manufacturing of plastic components, aluminum die casting, sand casting, shell moulding and sheetmetal etc. which helps me to make a most appropriate design for the electronic device.
