I need a 3D model of something. I need someone to make deep sea water body with some effects and animation. Basically I need you to imagine this: Imagine a diver is inside the deep ocean 485 (Y) meters deep. I want you to make the 485 meters of water on Y axis. 25 meters of water on Z axis. Last 25 meters on X axis also. Remember beyond 25 meters if there is an object it should not be visible. Water should be moving like in deep ocean effect. [login to view URL] The deep the more dark it gets but again not super dark. The more on top the more lighter it gets. If you get on top of the water you should see something like this [login to view URL] Then we need to put bubbles like diver is breathing effect moving inside the water every 1 meter. Then I need to see diver hands like is swimming every 5 meters. (Just need the hands of diver) Give me a cost and a timeframe you need to make it.
