Produce evaluation of libraries to convert point clouds to 3D mesh representations. Specifically, PCL and CGAL libraries.
1. Build the libraries for MSWindows using Visual Studio 2013. Both PCL and CGAL both have external dependencies. Document precise steps either by creating a CMake build system or through English step-by-step documentation leading from a system with only Visual Studio installed through building the complete libraries.
2. Create two command line utility applications: one which uses PCL and another one which uses CGAL. Each will use the associated library to convert a file containing points into a polygon mesh which will be written to a wavefront .obj file. In the case of PCL the user should be able to select between the two algorithms for constructing the mesh.
Input will be a file where each line specifies a vertex and associated normal. Output will be a wavefront obj file.
