Data collection of Iran and Turkish relationship between January 1, 2013 - up now

Project description I need one/ or more who is fluent in Turkish, Parisian, and English, if he is also fluent in Arabic is plus. Contractor is subjecting to collection date about the relationship/ activities between Iran and Turkish between the January 1, 2013 - up to now. I need a full collection of these activities done between these two countries. Contractor have to collected data about official/ public activities done, such as, but not limited to; diplomatic, trade, security, .... activities. after he did the collection, contractor have to synthesize a report summarize these [login to view URL] report length is short as possible, but NOT more than 1000 words. The output language is English or Arabic. Also, he have to reference to his resources. The project is 18 hrs duration.
