We require someone who is familiar with Food & Beverage operations in the Hospitality industry to complete an eBook for us. The 4 topic areas have been outlined, and so it's a case of adding your 'knowledge' to each section.
The template has been included in this posting, so please look at that before bidding, so you know exactly what's required. In the Template, each of the 4 topics has been broken down into 4 parts (sub-topics), and each of these sub-topics are further split into 2 parts, although you may consider it more suitable to have 4 or 5 parts per sub-topic. You can determine this by looking at the attached 'Topic Criteria' document.
Overall there should be at least 2-3 pages of content per sub-topic.
You should also create supporting powerpoints for each main topic.
There are Discussion/self-development questions to be included for each topic, and this is clearly shown in the Template.
You're welcome to ask questions before bidding, and it's preferable that you have an academic and/or practical background in this field.
