A General Virtual Assistant who can do my job hunt for me (monthly for 18 months)

To provide some context: I am an expat (Aussie) living in Switzerland, I work as a contractor, but should be looking at full time (permanent) jobs. Unfortunately, I find the process very frustrating, so I am looking to use an assistant to make this as easy and painless for me. 1) I want a report on target employers in the Basel region * There are three companies in the Pharma industry who would cover most of the potential English speakign high paid jobs for me - but a broader search of other employers would help for the next steps 2) On a monthly basis, I would want my VA to scour these target employers for relevant jobs 3) The ones they think are relevant, they need to "sell" to me "why" it is relevant 4) If I like it, the VA will need to create a customised cover letter and application, run past me for review, prior to submitting - and keeping a track of applications and status In addition, I can envision additional work relating to more traditional VA tasks in personal admin. A big gap in my skillset is relating to graphical presentations, so and ability to make good templates and reformat my content for effective presentations would be well received.
